The 2026 Henselite Victorian Open has officially drawn to a close, wrapping up another incredible year of top-tier competition. As the major event partner of Bowls Victoria, Henselite is incredibly proud to support a tournament that not only unites the lawn bowls community but also drives valuable tourism to the beautiful Latrobe City and Gippsland regions.

Over the ten-day tournament, the greens came alive. The event showcased not just an exceptional standard of bowls but the vibrant, welcoming community spirit that serves as the very foundation of our sport.

Outstanding Achievements on the Greens

The level of play this year was truly outstanding. We are especially thrilled to celebrate several historic and remarkable achievements from our very own Team Henselite athletes, who left their mark on this year’s tournament:

• Olivia Cartwright: Olivia delivered an unprecedented performance, remaining completely undefeated across the entire tournament. Securing a staggering 32 consecutive match victories, she claimed four major titles: Mixed Pairs, Women’s Pairs, Women’s Triples, and Women’s Singles, and rightfully earned the Barb Gilbert Medal for Player of the Tournament.
• Harry Coleman: Demonstrating composure and precision well beyond his years, Harry won the Men’s Singles Final. At just 15 years of age, this is a monumental achievement against a highly experienced and competitive field.
• Lisa Phillips: Showcasing her trademark consistency and expertise, Lisa secured impressive victories in the Women’s Triples and the Women’s Pairs alongside Olivia, while also making a strong run to the semi-finals of the Women’s Singles.
• Addy Ryan: Highlighting the incredibly promising future of lawn bowls, Addy delivered a fantastic performance to win the Under 18 Girls Singles Final.
